The good news:

Military grade thermal-imaging cameras ... will be tried at the World Series.

The bad news:

In the World Series ... the images won't be used to help officiate games ... but, if Fox likes them, they might be broadcast to viewers.

The ugly news:

The thermal cameras will be attached to the FOX dancing robot who shoots them at the camera and makes pew pew sounds.

I might have made that last one up, but the first two are true.
