Hey, Juan Pierre -- here's an idea:
Show bunt on eight more pitches before you actually bunt! That will throw them off. You'll have to pull back the bat and then foul off the pitches in order to prolong the at bat, but man, if you showed bunt that many times, there's no way they'd expect you to bunt.
