The Cleveland Indians have the best record (19-8) in Major League Baseball.
The Chicago White Sox and the Minnesota Twins were expected -- along with perhaps the Detroit Tigers -- to spend most or all of this season battling for first place. Instead, the White Sox and Twins are now 10 games out of first place. It stands to reason that the Indians probably won't maintain this pace all season, and it also (probably) stands to reason that the Twins or the White Sox will find themselves. Maybe not both, though.
So let's assume that one is done and one isn't ... Which are which?
If the Twins are going to come back, they're going to need Justin Morneau's power, Joe Mauer's presence, and Francisco Liriano's dominance.
If the White Sox are going to come back, they're going to need Adam Dunn -- and most of the rest of the lineup -- to start hitting like they've hit before. They'll also need Mark Buehrle and/or Edwin Jackson to get their ERAs below 5.
So what do you think?
