The introductions began at 7:14 p.m. ET and when the Baltimore Orioles were introduced there was hardly a peep from the crowd here. The only real reaction? When manager Buck Showalter was introduced, mostly a smattering of boos.

So I was surprised that the fans at least seemed to show a tad more energy.
Easily the best part of the pregame ceremony was when Mariano Rivera was both introduced and then when he came out and threw the first pitch, with Enter Sandman playing. The PA announcer didn't even mention his name, just said it was tonight's first pitch and then the music played.
