The San Francisco Giants have set their lineup for their decisive Game 5 matchup with the Cincinnati Reds on Thursday.
Manager Bruce Bochy has decided to switch things around slightly from the Game 4 lineup that broke out for eight extra-base hits Wednesday. Buster Posey will catch Matt Cain, giving Hector Sanchez the day off and leaving Brandon Belt to man first base.
Joaquin Arias is still not in the starting lineup despite two doubles in Wednesday's game, but he may see action as a pinch-hitter if Brandon Crawford continues to struggle at the plate. Crawford is hitless in 10 NLDS plate appearances.
Working with the same lineup in Game 1, the Giants mustered four hits in four innings off Game 5 starter Mat Latos.
