With no DH role to hide inside, the Tigers are going to let Delmon Young play left field. Hey, no big deal, Tigers fans! I've scoured MLB.com and found tons of highlights showing that he can play the position.
Seriously, look at all this defense. Showin' off the arm:
Great catch ... fighting off the sun!
He has range! You need range in the outfield.
Look at him, uh, backing up third base!
Then, uh ... well it still counts as a strike!
And ... well, this is still a strong arm. You try throwing that far!
The verdict is clear: Delmon Young has played left field before.
