So who gets to pick the new owner of the Dodgers?
McCourt, through an agreement with MLB, has the right to select the winning bidder and submit it to the owners for approval.
I guess that makes sense. I mean, it's not like he could do worse than Selig & co. did when they picked the last Dodgers owner.
