In Adam Dunn’s first 35 trips to the plate this spring, he had one strikeout. It was weird.
In Adam Dunn’s last 21 trips to the plate this spring, he’s had five strikeouts. That’s less weird.
Overall, Dunn’s still showing improvement and that’s terrific, but I guess he won’t be a power-hitting Placido Polanco after all.
