If Bumgarner IS a Super-2 arb eligible, salaries 2013-17 of $3 million, $5.5 m, $7m, $10m, $12m. Gets $1m signing bonus, $1.5m opt. buyout.

So, if Bumgarner isn't designated a Super 2 player, he will work his way up from $0.75 million to $11.5 million. If he is designated a Super 2 player, he will work his way up from $3 million to $12 million. It's kind of a shame that Super 2 includes the number 2 because I think it would be neat if there were super players and non-super players. I mean, there already are, but they aren't labeled as such.
