After Aubrey Huff played second base on Saturday, he became a minor Internet sensation. But shortly after that game, he left the Giants because of a personal matter and has not returned, and now the Giants have replaced him on the roster with infielder Joaquin Arias. From the San Francisco Chronicle:
A corresponding move (to Joaquin Arias joining the Giants) will be announced later in the afternoon related to Aubrey Huff, who left the team Monday morning and flew home for what has been described as a family emergency. The Giants could place Huff on the seven-day personal leave list. If this is something more serious involving Huff himself, he could go on the 15-day DL.
Other than those basic nuggets of information, no one knows much. Even the beat writers are trying their best to figure out what's going on:
Huff is listed on the sheet but there are 26 players. His locker is no longer set up in the clubhouse.

The Giants aren't offering information because of concerns for Huff's privacy, and manager Bruce Bochy has only said that Huff is dealing with personal concerns, and that Huff is communicating with him via text messages.
