The Cardinals’ Jon Jay ran into the center field wall at Busch Stadium last month:

He’s tried to play through it for the last few weeks, and his offensive production hasn’t slowed; he’s hitting .339/.397/.371 with 12 runs scored in 15 games since the collision.
Apparently, though, the shoulder is bothering him enough that the Cardinals had to do this on Tuesday:

Skip Schumaker is scheduled to play center field for the Cardinals in their Tuesday afternoon game against the Cubs.
