If you hear the kids talking about Spider-Man flying out of CC Sabathia's butt, it isn't a euphemism for something surprising or unlikely. They're literally talking about a horrific event that actually happened.

I like that Sabathia looks like he's battling indigestion in the first part, but I love that when you're not sure you really just saw that, Spider-Man proudly comes back into the picture and stares you down. He is literally amazing. Literally!
