The Texas Rangers have five players leading their positions in the voting for the 2012 All-Star Game.
The Texas Rangers jumped out to an amazing start, clinching the AL West by April 25, and ... well, they actually had a .500 record in the month of May, and they've lost five of their last six. But the early returns for the 2012 MLB All-Star voting still have them as the class of the league.
Five -- five! -- Rangers are currently in place for an All-Star appearance. Ian Kinsler, Adrian Beltre, Mike Napoli, Josh Hamilton, and Nelson Cruz all hold leads in their respective positions. Hamilton is leading the world in votes, as he's the only player with more than two million.
In the National League, the Cardinals are doing well in the voting, with Yadier Molina and Carlos Beltran leading early. A complete list of the current voting, via MLB.com:
