It's hard to see from the angles I had for the GIF, but it doesn't look like Molina's glove ever hits Ellis's arm.
A couple of points, though. First, this will never be called in the favor of the runner. When the ball is that far ahead of the runner, and when the runner makes that much contact, it's never, ever, ever going to go the runner's way.
Second, if you have possession of the ball and cleanly elbow the runner in the junk, that counts as a tag, per rule 108.3a. Everyone knows that.
But the more important part of the story is that we've found the Yasiel Puigiest screenshot ever.
